Justice C S Karnan of the Madras High Court, now under transfer to the Calcutta High Court and restrained by a two-judge bench of the Supreme Court from taking judicial work, on Monday said he would order registration of an FIR against the two Apex Court judges under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
