Mehbooba wants a written confirmation from PM or FM

Mehbooba has put BJP in a tricky situation by putting up terms and conditions for alliance furture and her impending swearing in. She wants either PM or the home minister to sign a written pledge to implement the term,s of the their common minimum programme . PDP has said there will be no swearing-in of a new government unless the PDP receives assurance from the "highest level" that the letter and spirit of the Agenda For Alliance will be respected and upheld.
