It's January 1, 2016 and contrary to the fears that the much talked about odd-even plan will spell chaos on the streets of Delhi, the city seems to have made peace with the ambitious plan.
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal claimed that the plan is a huge success and Delhiites have responded to his government’s call by following the scheme.
