Odd-Even Formula: Are VIPs exempted?

Arvind kejriwal met with the Home Minister yesterday to pitch his 'odd even plan for Delhi.' Though, the Chief Minister has assured that a plan is in place for the trial run in January, still there is no clarity over whether or not the VIPs will be exempt from the plan.
