Sheena Bora Murder Case: Accused driver Shyamvar Rai makes startling confessions to court

Shyamvar Rai in his confession told court that Indrani Mukherjee had planned and plotted the killing of Sheena Bora. Sanjeev Khanna had executed the murder. He strangulated Sheena inside the car. After which Indrani Mukerjea and Sanjeev Khanna both put the body inside the bag and went to Raigad. Rai told court that he and Indrani both had gone to Raigad to do a recce. After which Indrani spoke to Sanjeev Khanna for a long time wherein he was called to Mumbai.

In a sensational twist to the Sheena Bora Murder Case, Indrani's husband Peter Mukerjea has been arrested by the CBI. Peter's arrest is the 4th in the Sheena Murder Case and interestingly came on a day when CBI filed its chargesheet in the case. Sources tell NewsX that a supplementary chargesheet will be filed in the next 72 hours. Remember the chargesheet, running into more than 1,000 pages and containing statements of 150 witnesses, 200 documents and seven statements recorded before magistrate. Sources say that CBI has claimed that Peter was aware of Sheena Murder before Indrani’s arrest.
