Not included in ministry, JD(U) MLA Shyam Rajak boycotts ceremony

Shyam Rajak, JD(U) MLA and former minister would not be attending the oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar as his name is not in the list of ministers. He also said that he was displeased as his name was dropped from Nitish's new Cabinet and will boycott the function.
