Delhi stinks, CM Arind Kejriwal says not responsible for garbage crisis

Delhi is reeling under the filthy garbage crisis. But the CM barely has a
solution to it. Instead, Kejriwal has now come up with an open letter to
Delhiites who have been blaming the CM for a dirty Delhi. Kejriwal has
presented a clear defence before Delhi that his government paid all lawful dues to the MCD. Their salaries have been paid till Sept and the strike currently is because of their fresh demand of payment of 10-15 year old arrears & to regularise them as employees. In his letter, Kejriwal also points fingers at the Centre saying it's the DDA, under union government that owes 1500 crore to the MCD, which again is under the BJP.
