As part of his ongoing series of rallies in Bihar,BJP's star campaigner, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address three rallies in the state on Tuesday. Modi's first rally was in Sitamarhi, followed by another rally in Bettiah. His last rally of the day will be in Motihari. Prime Minister Modi also tweeted that the BJP's top agenda in Bihar is development.
