Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis orders cops to crack down on cartels and Dal hoarders in State

While the Maharashtra government continues to treat the Sena goons with kid gloves, it is now mulling to slap the draconian law MCOCA on hoarders of pulses. The move has sparked a row. The Maharashtra DGP has issued instructions to all police stations to begin crackdown and initiate action. Maharashtra Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Girish Bapat said that the stringent laws have been invoked to check the rising prices of pulses in the state.
