Try rapists over 15 as adults, Arvind Kejriwal says

In the wake of the rape of two minors in Delhi last week, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday called for rapists over 15 to be tried as adults.
On Saturday night, investigators said they arrested two teenagers for the rape of a two-and-half year old child in the capital on Friday.
