Separatists true representatives of Kashmir, says Pakistan envoy Abdul Basit

Pakistan envoy Basit has raised the stakes again before the NSA level talks. He has told a newspaper daily that it wasn’t Pakistan who called off the talks last time and its their principled position that the Hurriyat is the main representative of the Kashmiris and engagement with separatists should be encouraged.
