Constable Ishwar Chand allegedly misbehaved with Railway Office in Uttar Pradesh

Another controversy gripped Uttar Pradesh police when a constable was caught on camera misbehaving in an inebriated state. Constable Ishwar Chand allegedly slapped a Railway Officer in a drunk state. Government railway police eventually took the drunk cop into custody and proceedings have been initiated against him.
