4 phase Bihar polls from mid-October

The Bihar elections may get underway from mid-October and could go on for a month in four phases. The Election Commission of India which has sent its officials to Bihar to analyse the situation is likely to make an announcement regarding the dates of the elections in the month of September even as parties have already begun poll preparations in a big way.
