Delhi Police on Monday filed an FIR against AAP MLA Alka Lamba on the basis of a complaint by the owner of a sweet shop from which a stone was allegedly hurled at Lamba for trespassing after CCTV footage surfaced showing her walking with a group of people towards the counter of a sweet shop and toppling a billing machine
