2 of 4 Indians detained in Libya, allegedly by ISIS released

Four Indians were captured in Libya allegedly by ISIS members. The government has now claimed that two of the four detained have been released. “Four Indians abducted in Libya - I am happy we have been able to secure the release of Lakshmikant and Vijay Kumar. Trying for other two,” Sushma Swaraj tweeted this evening.
