In the midst of raging controversy over the control of the Delhi Police, the Union Home Secretary has called for a review meeting of the working of the Delhi police in the Home Ministry today. Delhi Police Commissioner & his top brass wud be in attendance in the meeting called by the Home Ministry. The ministry intends to discuss a comprehensive plan with the top brass of the Delhi police to improve ways of the force's functioning. The ministry intends to send a clear message to the Delhi government that under no circumstance is it going to part with the control of the Delhi police to the state government.
