3 members of Sand Mafia chopped of hand of a woman in Bengaluru, accused absconding

In a gruesome incident, three sand traders hacked off the hand of a housewife in Bengaluru in a case of mistaken identity. All the three accused are now absconding and the cops, who are facing criticism for poor policing, have launched an extensive search operation.
