Kim Jong-un might be reconsidering stance toward U.S.: N. Korean official

One of North Korea's top diplomats has again hinted that Kim Jong-un's stance on relations with the U.S. could've shifted.
Speaking to reporters in Hanoi on Friday, North Korea's Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son-hui said she feels Kim's feelings toward Washington could have changed,... adding Kim was surprised by President Trump's way of thinking and negotiating style.
While she stressed it's her personal opinion, Choe said, if Pyeongyang's demands are met, the situation could change,... but as of now, there seems little reason to continue holding talks.
She also mentioned Kim Jong-un's New Year's speech where he said if the U.S. doesn't offer corresponding measures, the regime will have to think of new ways moving forward.
