The Congress party on Sunday accused PM Narendra Modi of only selling dreams but taking no action, urging him to speak out on the Lalit Modi scandal.

"The Prime Minister says that his government is running: Yes it is running to the US, South Korea, China, Nepal and Bangladesh, but the common man is still crawling. Prime Minister Modi believes in only selling dreams but not in taking action," Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said.
