Finance Minister Arun Jaitley supported the Lalit Modi, Dushyant Singh 'sweeatheart' deal calling it strictly commercial. When asked about Dushyant-Lalit deal, he remarked that why should the government be concerned with a several year old loan transaction between which is a commercial loan transaction done by cheque having all banking approvals.
