Karimnagar Mayor car has tinted windows

In another example of a thriving VIP culture in the country, Karimnagar Mayor, Ravinder Singh's vehicle has been found to have tinted windows. this is in direct contradiction of the Supreme Court ruling which illegalised vehicles with tinted windows.
