A minor fire broke out at the Delhi assembly on Tuesday afternoon, hours before the session began. Four fire engines were to tfhe spot to douse the flames by the Fire department. Officials said that the fire had broken out at an air conditioning unit at the office of minister Satender Jain. The minister was not in his office when the incident happened.
