Giving a boost to its Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, the government is all set to give push for legal action against those who litter on the streets. The government will introduce a bill in the monsoon session of parliament to ensure on-the-spot fining for those who litter. Following of course the Singapore law of spot fining for littering.
