New Delhi: AAP has 67 MLAs in the 70 member Delhi assembly. Soon after he formed govt., Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi CM had appointed 21 AAP MLAs to serve as parliamentary secretaries to various ministers. The opposition had claimed that it was a way to satisfy the ambitions of his party MLAs since there was an upper limit on the no. of ministers in the Delhi govt.
