Ministry of Home Affairs is preparing to shrink more ground from under the feet of the Delhi CM. The MHA which has written to the Attorney General of India seeking his advise on the 1998 notification which the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government has been citing in its fight with the LG Delhi. The AG who returns to Delhi today from his outstation trip will submit his advise to the MHA today on the 98 notification clarifying as to whether the LG is bound to consult the CM on exercise of his powers regarding reserve subjects like police & land. Massive war over turf has broken out in the capital that threatens to undermine every established norm and severely cripple governance.
