AAP leader Kumar Vishwas will not appear before the Delhi Commission for Women on Tuesday.
DCW had summoned Kumar Vishwas on the complaint of a party volunteer who has accused the AAP leader of not doing enough to put an end to rumours of his 'illicit relations' with her.
