New Delhi: This government may be considering whether to strip Robert Vadra of his myriad privileges at airports but for the the esteemed members of Parliament and other VIPs, there will be no reduction in privileges.


Civil Aviation Minister A Gajapathi Raju informed Lok Sabha about no change in the privileges for MPs and VIPs at airports today. It is true that Vadra is not a government functionary and therefore does not need to be accorded any privileges. But should our MPs and other netas continue to have a protocol officer assigned at each airport, each time they travel?
