Lakhpat Jain, a Cricket bookie found dead on the streets Panjim in Altino Area near Laxmi Kant Parsekar the Goa CM's residence by Police in Goa ibn mysterious circumstances. He belongs to Maharashtra from Ahmednagar district. He was earlier arrested by Goa Police for alleged cricket betting.
