On a day which was meant to remember and salute the sacrifice made by India's three great sons on the solemn occasion of Martyr's Day, the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation ended up committing an embarrassing goof-up. In a major blunder, the civic body of Chandigarh authorized the putting up of such Martyr's Day hoardings across the town, which had the photographs of three US soldiers instead of Indian Army men, reports said.
