CM Mufti waves Jammu and Kashmir special status flag

The Jammu & Kashmir government on Wednesday directed that all the buildings housing the constitutional Institutions and the official vehicles of Constitutional Authorities should display the state flag alongside the Union flag.
In an order issued today by Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department, MA Bukhari, it has been ordered that the violation of the government directive will be treated as insult to Jammu and Kashmir prevention of insult to state honors act, 1979. The GAD is headed by Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, himself.
