Former PM Manmohan Singh to move against Coalgate summons

Manmohan Singh Summoned: Former PM Manmohan Singh will approach the Supreme Court to quash the summons issued by a special CBI court, which made him an accused in a case related to the allotment of coal blocks during his term at the helm of the previous UPA regime.
