Tihar DG submits report to Rajnath Singh

Home Minister Rajnath Singh has summoned the Tihar Jial DG over the permissions given to the filmmaker to interview the rapist for a Documentary on Nirbhaya for a social cause. But the government is banning the documentary saying that the film-maker has violated the agreement.
