Bihar news: Barely two hours before he was to seek a vote of confidence in the state assembly, Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi handed over his resignation to Governor KN Tripathi.

After resignation, Jitan Ram Manjhi is now addressing the media in Patna.
