Kiran Bedi writes emotional open letter

Disheartened by her defeat in the the Delhi Assembly Elections 2015, Kiran Bedi today wrote an emotional letter about the things she wanted to do for Delhi if she had come to power in the national capital. She has written about various issues from women security to bad roads. Here is the letter which was published on her blog on February 16, 2015.
