Playing his last card before resigning, Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi recommended the dissolution of state assembly in the Cabinet meeting that took place on Saturday. Two thirds of the ministers opposed Manjhi's proposal.Ministers in favour of former Bihar chief minister and Janata Dal United leader Nitish Kumar will be meeting the Governor.
