The AAP has been caught red-handed, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Tuesday over claims that the party was using black money as funds.
AVAM, a group run by former AAP members, on Monday alleged that four non-existent companies routed Rs.2 crore into AAP's accounts, saying it was black money.
