Punjab and Haryana High Court, on Tuesday, in a major setback to Robert Vadra-owned Skylight Hospitality (P) Ltd, dismissed the petition filed by Vadra’s firm challenging a VAT notice. The High Court disposed the petition after the Haryana government informed the court that all the documents required by the petitioner firm had been provided.
