A festive occasion took a tragic turn when a car rammed into a crowd that had gathered to watch a dance programme in Pananha Village in Deoria district in Uttar Pradesh last night, killing seven people and injuring 18. The Ertiga was at breakneck speed when it rammed into the revellers killing people on the spot.
