Ericsson India Pvt Ltd on Friday moved the Supreme Court seeking initiation of contempt proceedings for the second time against Chairman of Reliance Communication Ltd (RCom) Anil Ambani for allegedly not complying with its order to clear dues of Rs. 550 crore.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अनिल अंबानी की रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशंस (आरकॉम) को स्वीडन की कंपनी एरिक्सन का बकाया चुकाने के लिए 15 दिसंबर तक का समय दिया है।अपने आदेश में कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरकॉम को 550 करोड़ रुपए का भुगतान करने के लिए समय बढ़ाया जा रहा है लेकिन, इसके बाद डेडलाइन नहीं बढ़ाई जाएगी।
