Political gatherings in Tamil Nadu on Monday denounced Union fund pastor Arun Jaitley's gathering with previous boss priest J Jayalalithaa at her Poes Garden living arrangement in Chennai on Sunday.
The DMK, Congress and the BJP partner PMK censured Jaitley for gathering a "convict" in a debasement case.
DMK boss M Karunanidhi thought about whether it was fitting for an Union priest to meet an indicted individual. Karunanidhi said he was helped to remember the adage "the ugly truth is out in the open."
