Gujarat CM apologizes after 'terrorists' wear skull caps in anti-terror mock drill

Gujarat chief minister Anandiben Patel on Thursday apologized for the 'mistake' of the state police after the cops courted controversy when they made dummy terrorists wear skullcaps during an anti-terror mock drill, The exercise had brought embarrassment to cops.
The exercise was carried out by Surat police at Dabhari near Olpad. During the drill, the special operations group (SOG) was assigned the task of nabbing 'terrorists' trying to enter India. After some fake firing, the 'terrorists' were nabbed and arms and mobiles were recovered.
