ISIS flag in Srinagar will Omar deny again? Second incident in seven days

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) flag has once again re-surfaces in downtown Srinagar on Friday (October 17). The protesters displayed ISIS flag in Jamia Masjid area of old Srinagar city.
Earlier in October first week a protester waved an ISIS flag after Eid prayers in Srinagar, in the second such incident in recent times. In July too, a similar incident had occurred in the Valley. Later Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has dismissed the incident as "an act of some idiots".
