ISI has renewed contact with Sikh and Kashmiri groups to sabotage Modi’s US trip. ISI sponsoring its proxies to organise flash protests against Modi. ISI plotting to get a civil notice slapped against Modi in connection with 2002 Gujarat riots.
ISI operatives are specifically in touch with 11 NGOs in the US. The 11 NGOs have a predominantly Muslim membership base. ISI has funded a web of NGOs in the US through intermediaries
