The Election Commission is likely to announce the dates for the Assembly elections to five states here on Saturday.The election schedules of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are expected to be announced. The dates for Assembly elections to Mizoram and Telangana could also be declared.

चुनाव आयोग आज 5 राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर सकता है। राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और मिजोरम के साथ-साथ तेलंगाना के लिए भी चुनाव कार्यक्रम का ऐलान हो सकता है। चुनाव आयोग आज दोपहर साढ़े 12 बजे प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इसका ऐलान कर सकता है। बता दें कि तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चन्द्रशेखर राव ने समय से पहले विधानसभा भंग कर चुके हैं, जिसके बाद वहां भी विधानसभा के निर्धारित कार्यकाल से पहले ही चुनाव का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। तेलंगाना में अगले साल चुनाव होने थे।
