In a major shocker, several rooms in a hostel at the University of Allahabad, including those of the winning candidates, were set ablaze on Friday night after the results for the student union elections were declared.

इलाहाबाद यूनिवर्सिटी में छात्रसंघ चुनाव के नतीजे आते ही हॉलैंड हॉस्टल में जमकर बवाल हुआ...छात्रों के बीच मारपीट हुई और आगजनी भी हुई. आरोप ABVP के छात्रों पर लगा है..समाजवादी छात्रसभा को अध्यक्ष पद पर जीत मिलते ही हॉस्टल के दर्जनों कमरों में आग लगा दी गई. आरोपियों ने हॉस्टल के बाहर खड़ी बाइक को भी निशाना बनाया.. मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने बमुश्किल हालात को संभाला.
