Digvijaya Singh: Must ensure fair treatment to Muslims

Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said that government agencies should be vigilant against the threat that al Qaeda posed to the country but at the same time he added that it must be ensured that the Muslims are treated in a fair manner.
He also asked all right thinking secular Muslims to be careful and oppose all religious fundamentalists.
Taking to Twitter Digvijaya said - “Al Qaeda starting India operation. All right thinking secular Muslims should be careful and oppose all such religious fundamentalists.”
In another tweet he wrote - “State and GOI agencies must be more vigilant. At the same time establishment must also ensure fair and impartial treatment to Muslims.”
He further wrote - “If the Muslims lose faith in government and judiciary, fringe elements encouraged by the fundamentalists may become easy prey to al Qaeda.”
