जम्मू-कश्मीर में सरकार ने बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरदबल करते हुए डीजीपी का तबादला कर दिया है..एसपी वैद्य का तबादला करते हुए उनकी जगह दिलबाग सिंह को जम्मू-कश्मीर के डीजीपी का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है.. राज्यपाल के बाद अब डीजीपी का बदलाव, प्रदेश में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल है.
