FIR filed against Kavitha, daughter-in-law of KCR

Kavitha, MP from Nizamabad charged with FIR for her recent remarks on merger of Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir into India after Independence.

She told , ” Merger was forceful and against to will of the people”. A Hyderabad based lawyer complained on the same, Madannapet police filed FIR under sections 505, 153-B and 124-A of IPC.

Responding to a question, Kavitha said “we are not part of India and was a separate country”. She also said “India must redraw its international border claiming some of the parts are not belongs to India”. Kavitha is Daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao and she is elected as MP from Nizamabad in recent elections.
