Delhi HC to hear Sonia, Rahul’s petition today

The Delhi High Court will be hearing today petitions filed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi against summons issued to them by the Patiala House court in National Herald case.
Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi will be representing Sonia and Rahul in Delhi HC.
Metropolitan Magistrate Gomati Manocha had issued summons to Sonia, Rahul and other Congress leaders in National Herald case filed by senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.
In this case, Swamy has accused Sonia and Rahul of misappropriating assets worth Rs 2000 crore of National Herald newspaper through a company named ‘Young Indian’.
