RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has agreed to support two nominees of archrival Nitish Kumar's JD (U) who are contesting the Rajya Sabha by-elections. Burying two decades of rivalry, Nitish Kumar had last week telephoned Lalu Prasad Yadav, seeking support for his JD(U) candidates - diplomat-politician Pawan Varma and Gulam Rasool Balyawi - in the upcoming bypolls, in order to foil the challenge posed by party rebels and BJP.
